Our support hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, Eastern Time. We respond to every support request and do so as quickly as possible. Even during our busiest periods, you can expect a response within one business day.
If it’s been longer than that and you still haven’t seen a response from us, check your spam folder and then touch base with us again to let us know nothing came through. To prevent this, you may want to add our support email address to your address book or mark the conversation as important.
While we’d love to be able to offer phone support for our apps, we’re currently unable to do so.
To keep our apps priced competitively in the App Store while still maintaining a viable business model that will allow us to continue development and free support for these apps, we have to keep costs at a minimum.
In this case, we’re not able to justify the relatively high costs of live phone support, instead choosing to focus on providing outstanding customer support via email.
